1 Terms Acceptance

These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Member") and bm8 ("Platform", "We", "bm8"). This Agreement governs your use of all services, games, and features provided through the bm8 platform at the website bm8.bz and the bm8 mobile app.

By registering an account, making a deposit, or simply browsing the BM8 platform's content, you are automatically deemed to have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by all terms stated in this document, including the Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy which form part of this agreement.

2 Member Eligibility

To register and use the bm8 platform, you must meet all of the following eligibility criteria:

3 Account Registration

Each member is only permitted to hold one (1) account only on the bm8 platform. Holding multiple accounts — whether using different names, phone numbers, email addresses, bank account numbers, or IP addresses — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a serious breach of these terms.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full name, date of birth, mobile phone number, and bank account details. The information provided must match your official identification documents.

• The name on your bm8 account must match the name on the bank account used for deposits and withdrawals.
• The registered phone number will be used for two-factor authentication (2FA) and important communications.
• Changes to account information require identity verification through the bm8 support team.
• BM8 reserves the right to request supporting documents such as MyKad or passport for KYC (Know Your Customer) verification purposes.

The KYC process is part of bm8's commitment to complying with international standards for anti-money laundering and counter-terrorism financing. Accounts that fail to complete the KYC process when requested may be blocked from making withdrawals until verification is complete.

4 Deposit & Withdrawal

8 Member Responsibilities

As a bm8 member, you agree to use this platform in a lawful, ethical, and responsible manner. You agree not to engage in any of the following activities:

• Using automated software (bots), scripts, or any unauthorized tools to play or interact with the bm8 platform.
• Colluding with other members to manipulate game outcomes (collusion).
• Exploiting any bugs, technical vulnerabilities, or system errors to gain an unfair advantage.
• Using the bm8 platform for any money laundering or illegal activity financing.
• Providing false or misleading information during registration or the KYC process.
• Attempting to access another member's account or BM8's internal systems without authorisation.

Violation of any of the above may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balance and wins, and legal action where necessary.

9 Account Suspension & Closure

BM8 reserves the right to suspend or close any member's account at any time and at BM8's sole discretion if:

• There is evidence or reasonable suspicion of fraud, money laundering, or other illegal activity.
• The member is found to have violated any term in this document.
• Account inactive for more than 12 consecutive months without any login activity or transactions.
• The member has enrolled in the self-exclusion program and subsequently attempted to re-register.
• BM8 is required to do so by the relevant authorities or regulatory body.

If an account is closed due to a terms violation, BM8 reserves the right to forfeit all balances, bonuses, and unprocessed wins. If closure is for another reason (such as account inactivity), any valid balance will be returned to the member in accordance with the established procedure.

Members may also request to close their own account at any time by contacting the BM8 support team. Any account closure request will be processed within 3 business days.

10 Responsible Gaming

• Unauthorised access by a third party to the member's account due to the member's own negligence in safeguarding their login credentials.

In all circumstances, BM8's total liability to any member shall not exceed the amount deposited by that member in the 30 days prior to the event giving rise to the liability claim.

12 Terms Amendment

BM8 reserves the right to modify, add, or amend any part of these Terms and Conditions at any time. Members will be notified of any material changes via in-platform notifications or email at least 7 days before the changes take effect.

It is the member's responsibility to review this Terms and Conditions page periodically. Continued use of the BM8 platform after any amendment takes effect will be considered your acceptance of the revised terms.

If you do not agree with any changes to the terms, you have the right to close your account by contacting the BM8 support team before the changes take effect.
